  • We deliver all across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions or courier issues.

🔁 4. Return, Exchange & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong products.
  • Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery with proof (photo or video).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • we offer free delivery but in case of refund delivery charges are non-refundable.
