📦 1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Note:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or style preference.
💎 2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Earrings and ear accessories

To request a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number, reason for return and a clear picture of the product received.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Once approved you’ll receive instructions to ship the product back to our address.
💰 4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for damaged or wrong products after verification.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit (as per your preference).
⚠️ We offer free delivery but in case of return the delivery charges are non-refundable.
Advance Payments & Partial Payments
If you paid a 15% advance, this amount will be refunded only if your order is canceled before shipping.
Once shipped, advance payments are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
🚫 6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
